Our maintenance agreement contract is a service agreement that we offer all our clients to outline the terms of the exchange of services for compensation. Our written arrangements included a description of the project, the service price, detailed assurance, and many others. Regardless of the type of repair or maintenance you want us to do for you, we must have an agreement, as this will highlight the responsibilities of both parties – us and you.
In our maintenance agreement, we include the following:
- A section clearly defines the company and you as the client, including all the terms that describe the contract.
- A detailed service that we are going to perform for your needs. This section includes all the services provided in fact.
- The compensation for the service was agreed upon. We don’t do hourly rates, so that this section will include the cost per project.
- Warranties and promises of our company make. This section includes but is not limited to any legal status throughout the project life.
- Non-competition and none solicitation. Though it is not a critical section, it is still safe to stipulate that both parties should not unfairly compete with one another for some time.
- Material ownership and list of materials each party should provide for the project to be completed.
- Legal issues or contract issues might arise. This section includes arbitration or negotiation guidelines before taking the dispute to the legal field.
- Conditions for ending the contract with you. In this section, we will include what constitutes a breach of contract.

Heating and cooling maintenance contracts are shared between our company and our clients.
We can offer you a weekly or biannual service contract so that we can supply our services anytime you need them. To make it worth the cost, our contract rate will be slightly less compared to our regular rates or if you were to book two individual repair visits. Having a contract agreement with us means you don’t have to worry or sweat about keeping up with your HVAC system.
